Ranked the #1 hotel in Iowa by AAA in 2012, this facility provides Kirkwood students their education while providing a premier level of service to its guests. Forman Ford was proud to provide not only our customary glazing systems (storefront, entrances, curtain walls) but also the revolving doors, aluminum plate panels, aluminum composite panels and imported terra cotta panels. Our in-house drafting, engineering and fabrication capabilities allowed us to successfully control the process while accommodating significant modifications throughout construction. Under extreme pressure and looming deadlines from the upcoming school sessions, Forman Ford’s union tradesmen combined with its strong leadership rose to meet to meet the occasion, allowing the facility to open on schedule.
